Refund policy

Exchange Only Policy

We offer an exchange-only policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. We do not offer refunds or returns.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these cases, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item.


Exceptions / Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, such as:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom products (e.g. special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal care goods (e.g. beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with a shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your item. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll ship the replacement item as soon as possible.
Please note: No refunds will be issued.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period during which you may cancel or return your order for any reason. However, outside of this legal requirement, our policy remains exchange-only. Your item must be in its original, unused condition with tags and original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
